km.ci: Confidence Intervals for the Kaplan-Meier Estimator

Computes various confidence intervals for the Kaplan-Meier estimator, namely: Peto's CI, Rothman CI, CI's based on Greenwood's variance, Thomas and Grunkemeier CI and the simultaneous confidence bands by Nair and Hall and Wellner.
