lphom: Ecological Inference by Linear Programming under Homogeneity

Provides a bunch of algorithms based on linear programming for estimating, under the homogeneity hypothesis, RxC ecological contingency tables (or vote transition matrices) using exclusively aggregate data (from voting units).
